Hello & Welcome!

I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover and I’m passionate about helping people move their bodies both on & off the mat.

I teach yoga to men & women of all ages but I particularly enjoy helping women to use yoga as a way to stay strong, flexible & mobile during & after the menopause when muscle mass & bone strength begins to rapidly decline.

It’s about being good to yourself.

For majority of the year I live in the Alicante region of Spain (in the north Costa Blanca) but occasionally I’m in the UK too to teach, train & run yoga retreats.

When I’m in Spain I teach weekly classes & retreats but am also available online & in real life for 1-2-1’s & private group sessions where I can create a class to focus on your specific goals & aims.

My mission is to help you relieve tension in your body & mind so that your sense of wellbeing grows. 

My yoga classes are a place where you don’t need to prove yourself.  You have the freedom to reconnect with who you are today – to accept what your body can do now – not what it used to do or what you’d like it to do.   Your body will  open up & let you back in when it’s ready and you will regain flexibility, mobility & strength .. that’s if you’ve temporarily lost it of course!

So for now, leave behind your roles & responsibilities, peel back the layers and return to a place of self-awareness, acceptance and compassion.  My aim is that you leave my yoga classes feeling centred, replenished and viewing yourself & the world with a more positive perspective.
