I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.
I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!) strengthen and future-proof their bodies. If you’re concerned about your bone density, muscle loss, joint aches or low energy, my yoga combines bodyweight work and isometric holds to build strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
Because yoga when your 50+ doesn’t have to just be gentle stretches!
And in case you’re wondering, yes of course, I make sure to include delicious, restorative relaxation & breathwork too to regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling super calm.
