I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!) who are concerned about bone density, muscle loss, joint aches & low energy to strengthen and future‑proof their bodies & confidence using bodyweight and isometric holds in their yoga practice to build strength, mobility & flexibility with evidence‑based guidance.
