Hi, I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.

I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+  (and cool dudes too!)  strengthen & future-proof their bodies with yoga.

If you’re concerned about losing muscle strength & bone density, have joint aches & low energy, my yoga will help.  I combine bodyweight, isometric holds & resistance bands in my yoga sessions to improve your strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, we also have delicious relaxation & breathwork too as there’s no better way to regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling incredibly calm.
