I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.

I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!)  use yoga to help them move more freely, get stronger & become more flexible particularly during & after menopause when muscle mass & bone strength decline.

For majority of the year I live in the Alicante region of Spain (north Costa Blanca) but occasionally I’m in the UK to teach, train & run yoga retreats.

When I’m in Spain I teach weekly classes & retreats but am also available online & in real life for 1-2-1’s & private group sessions where I’ll create a class that focuses on your specific goals.

It’s Time to Invest in Yourself.

In a yoga class you don’t need to prove yourself to anyone.  A class is an opportunity to slow down & tune inwards to see what your body needs that very day.

Maybe you’ll discover it needs to rest, or perhaps you’ll want to shift a feeling of stagnation or maybe you notice it’s feeling really tight & needs a good stretch that day?

Whatever you discover, work with a sense of acceptance & I promise, you’ll soon feel yourself moving more freely, getting stronger & becoming more flexible … that’s if you’ve temporarily lost any of these of course!
