I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.

I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!) who are concerned about bone density, muscle loss, joint aches & low energy to strengthen and future‑proof their bodies & confidence using bodyweight and isometric holds in their yoga practice to build strength, mobility & flexibility with evidence‑based guidance.

Because yoga when your 50+ doesn’t have to only be gentle stretching

And in case you’re wondering, yes of course, I make sure my yoga sessions  include delicious, restorative relaxation & breathwork to regulate your nervous system to help you leave feeling super calm & zen!
