Hi, I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.

I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!) strengthen & future-proof their bodies with yoga.

If you’re concerned about losing your bone density & muscle mass, have joint aches & low energy, my yoga will help.  I combine bodyweight & isometric holds to improve your strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

Because yoga when your 50+ should be more than passive stretching.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, I also include delicious, restorative relaxation & breathwork too as there’s no better way to regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling incredibly calm.
