Hi, I’m Nicole Stone, a yoga teacher & long time health & wellness lover.
I’ve taught yoga for 25+ years and love helping women 50+ (and cool dudes too!) strengthen and future-proof their bodies with yoga.
If you’re concerned about loosing your bone density, muscle mass, joint aches & low energy, my yoga will help as I combine bodyweight and isometric holds to improve your strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
Because yoga when your 50+ doesn’t have to just be gentle stretches.
