YOUR HEALTH & WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILTY
Physical activity is safe for most people, however, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming more physically active or if they any health conditions.
If you have any of the following that could be made worse by being more active, please speak to your doctor to seek their permission for you to participate in a yoga class :
A heart condition, unmedicated low or high blood pressure, chest pain, joint or bone issues that could be made worse by being active, experience dizziness or easily loose your balance, have asthma, epilepsy, diabetic, are pregnant or given birth in last 6 months or any other reason why you should not participate in physical activity.
WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Whilst I will be delighted if you decide to join my yoga sessions, you understand that yoga includes physical movements and, as with any physical activity, a risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and may not be safe under certain medical conditions. Before participating in yoga sessions with Nicole Stone, you affirm that you are in good health and/or a licensed physician has verified you are able to participate in yoga classes.
You acknowledge that participation in yoga classes could expose you to a possible risk of injury. You are fully aware of this risk and hereby release Nicole Stone from any and all liability, negligence or other claims arising from or in any way connected with you participation in yoga classes provided by Nicole Stone.
You acknowledge that you shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against Nicole Stone and that these terms and conditions are binding to you, your heirs, your spouse, your children, your legal representatives, your successors and your assigns.
