Whether you would like to build strength, become more flexible, or want to reconnect your body and mind, I teach yoga every Wednesday, 09.45-11am at Buena Vista Club de Tenis y Padel located on the coast road between Calpe & Moraira in the Alicante region of Spain. The class is open to keen beginners right up to the super flexi yogi. Please pre-book your space & take a moment to read this before coming to class.
I also offer private coaching, either online (see below) or in-person at your home or Buena Vista Club de Tenis as above. Private coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re looking to begin yoga, deepen your practice, or focus on a specific aspect of yoga. My Yoga Retreats
Going on a yoga retreat is a deeply rewarding experience. Free from your daily routine & responsibilities, you can fully focus on yourself – with no distractions nor expectations.
I offer yoga retreats at beautiful places in Spain and the UK. Here, you’ll have the chance to dive deeper into all things yoga, enjoy nourishing plant-based meals, relax in the sunshine, join guided walks and other fun, feel-good activities—or simply do whatever feels right for you!

Online Coaching
If you can’t get to my classes or a retreat, I can also coach you online. Online coaching is tailored to your needs or, chose a well-rounded practice to nurture every part of your body.
Before we begin your online session, we’ll discuss where you are in your yoga journey, what you’re looking for, and how long you’d like your session to be. From there, I’ll create a class designed to support your goals. For an additional fee, the session can be recorded, edited, and uploaded to YouTube, so you can revisit it whenever you like.

The Stay Strong Yoga Method Virtual Programme
I’m currently creating a supportive online programme specifically for women 50+ who are worried about their muscle loss & bone health and I’d love for you to register your interest in this programme below.
You’ll have access to a series of pre-recorded yoga sessions – suitable for beginners & intermediates – that can be done at a time that fits your schedule. Each session focuses on building muscle & bone health in a safe, controlled way using bodyweight, resistance bands and hand held weights.
There’ll also be regular check-ins to help you stay motivated, bonus meditations for stress relief and nutritional guidance to optimise muscle & bone health. There’ll also be opportunity for us to have a live 1-2-1 chats/call so I can answer any questions you have.
